Digital products

ESTLES.com sells digital products only. Because digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

Statutory rights

Digital purchases are not automatically non-refundable. Your statutory consumer rights remain in full force. Immediate digital supply is subject to your consent and acknowledgment at the point of purchase, as required by law.

Faulty or missing content

If a digital file is missing, inaccessible, or materially differs from its description, contact support through the published channel and include your order reference. Never send payment card details. We will assess and resolve valid reports promptly.

Already-delivered content

Digital content that has already been delivered and downloaded cannot be remotely removed or recalled. Please review listings carefully before purchase.
